The Newcastle Youth Match Racing Championship, racing for the Thirkell Trophy, is NCYC's premiere youth match-racing event and aims to build the competition and match racing skills of local youth sailors by welcoming strong competition to come and contest the event. This year six teams will be racing in Elliott 6m keelboats.
